Strange he looked so good when he was playing next to Barron and I expected great things of him as a leader in 2012 but admittedly was less than impressed by his play. Surprised he has done this well. I guess this doesn't count as a Bama player doing well in the NFL since he wasn't drafted.

He had a very solid year in 2012. He got beat some in the TAMU game, but so did everyone else on our team.

Yeah, but on the downside he sealed the win for Cam Newton. Think about that.

Na he really didn't. I rewatched a lot of games and he took poor angles a lot on outside containment and got beat more then any other DB in the run/ quick out game.

I remember Mark Barron missing that pass break up because he couldn't lift his arm due to shoulder injury. What did Lester do wrong in that game?

I liked that he got the pick, but the penalty that wasn't really a penalty was a terrible call.

I really liked Lester when he played for Bama. Why doesn't he count as a Bama player in the NFL just because he wasn't drafted??
