Yes, emphasis on Row. Fa-ROW. Faurot. Named in honor of Don Faurot, former coach at Mizzou. Faurot was credited with inventing the split-T formation/offense. Several of football’s most notable formations — the Wishbone, Wingbone, Veer or I-attack and others — utilize Faurot’s option play as their basic concept.
