We don't want to play in the SEC title game ?

Name a team you have played with any capable front four that can get to the QB on a regular basis (I.E. LSU's ALL IN THE NFL)

Y'all have lots of sacks and a bunch of lawn furniture behind it. We will throw pretty much at will the only solace you can take is that Moncrief might get tired from running so much

Pinkel has a better chance of getting his driver's license back than Mizzou leaving Oxford with a win.

I realize this. Didn't say you did. But there is a plethora of this BS threads on the rant, and it's just Sunday. I dread Thursday. I may have to take a leave of absence.

In a hopeless effort to talk actual football...

One thing I notice about Mizzou's defense, it is very aggressive. When they commit to a play they commit hard. They do this very well up front. The D-line is very aggressive and their entire D as a unit is fast and recovers well. IMO the best way to attack them is to run right at them. When you try to misdirect them or attack horizontally you play right into their strengths. Mizzou's defense is the reason for their success this season.

Unfortunately for Ole Miss, they don't have a physical ground game. They live by attacking the perimeter. This plays right into Mizzou's hands. That D-line will tee off on Bo Wallace if he's trying to drop back and pass all night.

In my opinion, the best option for Ole Miss is to go to their more physical option running game with Barry Brunetti. That will cause Mizzou's D-line to hesitate and not do what they like to do which is attack hard. Mix in the short passing game with Wallace but stick with the option much like they did against Texas.

Ole Miss fights hard on defense and I think they will be Mizzou's toughest challenge this year. Better than either Florida, Georgia or USC. Freeze gets maximum effort out of his guys and that Ole Miss D plays all out. They also do a very good job with their zone scheme which could give a rusty Franklin some problems.

To me this is going to be a very good game and low scoring early, but I just am not feeling the matchup of Ole Miss' offense against Mizzou's defense. I think a pro style offense with a good PA passing game is the best way to attack an aggressive defense, not a horizontal spread team like Ole Miss. I also think Mizzou is good for a couple of key turnovers like they have been all year, so I think Mizzou will win the game.

35-28 Mizzou gets a huge win on the road.

We don't try to get the outside bruh we like to run between the tackles. We did it well against LSU and we won.

Sugar, I appreciate what you're trying to do here. But I'm afraid you're pissing in the wind. The rant is going to be unbearable with this shite all week.

I tend to agree with your analysis, but no one wants Mizzou to win this game, so it's going to be a week of Mizzou bashing and refusal to listen to logic.
