Ok....wanted to give hope to GatorNation and put down a list of returning players we will have (or should have) for 2014:

QB loaded with Driskel, Murphy & Morninhwig (Grier will r/s...all QBs should as true frosh)

RB loaded with K Taylor, Matt Jones, Mack Brown, Adam Lane

FB Joyer, Ajagbe

TE Kent Taylor, Colin Thompson, Westbrook, Clay Burton

WR Quinton Dunbar Fulwood, Robinson, Andrades, Andre Debose, L. Pittman, Chris Thompson, Alvin Bailey, Marqui Hawkins

OL Chaz Green, Max Garcia, DJ Humphries, Tyler Moore, Ian Silberman, Trenton Brown (all of the listed OL so far have starting experience of some sort) Cameron Dillard, Octavius Jackson, Roderick Johnson, Quinteze Williams and Trip Thurman

Kicker Austin Hardin, Francisco Velez L/S Crofoot

Review: the only thing that bothers me is depth with snap counts at OL...12 schollys isn't enough even with the added 2014 signees mainly because we have six players with experience and that's it! We should have about 8-9 at least to fill in when (shudder) injuries rear their ugly heads.
Our starting five OL will be very capable. Our offense will be much much improved with Driskel at the helm and a WR corp that will be improved. hopefully Kent Taylor (1 start in 2012) and Colin Thompson can add some offense/blocking. The run game will be awesome...period. FGs? Dunno.

Feel good about WRs, Taylor and Mack Brown next year.

Iffy on TEs.

Scared of OL and kicking staff.

We are very very average at the QB position. That is a spot you need to be great at for a Championship.

Oh....like the qb for tOSU when they beat Canes for all the marbles in 2003? Name the qb...you cant....unless you look it up.

Game managers win championships all the time. beg to differ. Now...are we a buzzcut saw on offense? No...we aren't...but don't sell Driskel short..he had only 1 year starting experience at what should have been his r/s frosh year...but was forced into some limited snaps because of Brantley being injured. He shared reps all the way through spring/summer/fall camps before 2012.
Now he will have/has had the luxury of learning the position by watching a lot more video and can progress. He will be r/s jr now and that's when a lot of qbs have the lights turn on. Look at Murray and he r/s ed his frosh year and it still took him two years to really become a good qb. He has had 5 years now at UGA.

All we need is someone to complete 60% of the tough third downs where we have to throw and also keep defenses honest so rbs can run inside.

Matt Flynn-Not Great
Greg McElroy- Not Great
They were game managers. However their O-line's were insane.

They were a hell of a lot better than what we have at QB and they were great at running the system they played in.
