What was the penalty on Richt tonight?

If it was Richt. Missed it from the stands. Relatively rare to see a penalty on a coach like that.

It was a personal foul for badmouthing refs for he insane home cooking on that strip and recovery for uga.

That is a bit extreme NYC. If anyone has a little bit of equity built up with refs in the SEC for not getting to hotheaded; it would be Richt.

Half their team and all of the coaches were on the field. Even after getting the flag he continued his bitching and wouldn't get off the field.

Right has burned a lot of that by letting his players get away with some very close PF late hits to the point it has been questioned if he encouraged it. Right isn't as loved by everyone as they may think. He's not hated or a bad person but his teams at uga have pushed the envelope a lot in rivalry games.

He showed more restraint than I would have. He just mouthed off to the ref, and rightfully so. Drew a pf, but held his tongue for rest of game so not to hurt his team. He had every right to be mad, IMO.
