it's actually one avi for all, but it has to be equal posters. I.E. 21 bama posters vs 21 aub posters.... whatever happens to match up the same number of posters.
Then all the losers have to use the same avi so they are easily recognized.

I would appreciate if someone would elaborate what NSD means. Normally I'm pretty good with acronyms. Just not that one for some reason.
