Mosley is the best LB in the country, and has been for the last two years.

There are a lot of good lbers in the country. I like Skov a lot, and think he is the best rushing LBer. I don't know if he ever goes into coverage though??

What is a "shoo-in"?

There's no such thing - anything can happen between now and awards day.

Barr will win it. He is a pass rusher. Sacks > tackles to most media types.
