Missouri is more southern than Florida.

but north of Orlando more southern than Missouri

Gainesville and the surrounding towns are the most low-brow, redneck places in the country. It's hysterical.

Meh, they are kinda similar in their polar opposite areas of the state, ironically enough.

Northern Mizzou=Yanks
Southern Mizzou=Necks

Northern Florida=Necks
Southern Florida=Yanks

dont use "Mizzou" when regarding the state -___- and also, I would disagree.. Everywhere besides St. Louis and Kansas City are red necks... come find out for yourself if you dont believe me. (CoMo is a mix)

All of Florida's football talent comes from South Florida & Tampa Bay.

I grew up in the boot heel and other areas of Southeast Missouri. I have immediate family in Red Banks, MS, Knoxville, TN, and Slidell, LA and I would say where I grew up is just as southern in culture as any of the three. Not all of Missouri is that way, but most of the state is rural and agricultural
