Probably a'int near enough but, I like what I am hearing going into Saturday flanking an AU squad looking toward Tuscaloosa.

I think our DL will play like men possessed, knowing Garner is on the other side.
And I hope Marshall thieved against Herrera, Drew and Jenkins. If so, they may want to get some of it back on Saturday.

Don't let the ramblings of this place give you misgivings about how things actually are.

Not needed. We're saving up for UK and GT

Except that multiple players have been asked questions re: the Iron Bowl already and all have said the same thing:
"We're just talking about Georgia this week."
Do you really think a team that went winless in the conference last year is honestly going to take any game, a rivalry game no less, as granted?
I see a lot of really dumb crap posted on this board, but I cannot for the life of me figure out the logic behind this.

Yeah, I don't see why players would be looking ahead, especially considering the large Georgia contingent on the team.
People thought Auburn was going to look ahead before the Tennessee game as well.

Absolutely. My favorite game of the year.

To be fair, we only hung 55 on them. We probably were looking ahead.

What the heck do you expect them to say? "Why yes, Mr. Reporter sir, we ARE looking ahead and thinking about the Iron Bowl! Good call!"
And do you really think a bunch of college age kids who play for Auburn are NOT looking at Alabama and getting psyched to play them? It would be odd if they weren't.
I'm not saying Auburn is looking ahead, and after Georgia has pasted them the last two years coupled with Garner coaching them this year and Marshall at QB, I believe they will be sky high for Georgia.
But it is a legit question. So there.

The team isn't looking forward though

I believe them when they say they're focused on Georgia. Sorry for believing the game means something to them.

That would make sense if the question was, "Hey Mr. McKinzy, how badly are y'all gonna beat Bama next week?" not, "How does ending the season with such a big rivalry game look?" or something to that effect.

I really like UGAs chances. They defended the run really well against LSU and USCe. Those teams passing attacks are what kept them in the game. Auburn will have to pass up to 20 times this game and that may not go so well.

Simple google search of links comparison:
AU vs UAt = About 5,430,000 results (0.65 seconds)
AU vs UGA = About 813,000 results (0.67 seconds)
DATA says 'they looking forward to Tuscaloosa as they should we weak and puny.

Think its going to be a close game. Should be low scoring if both teams are running the ball well, Gurley gets tough yards off of broken tackles that will set up a lot of short 3rd down opportunities for Murray. Auburn has been rolling on offense since the LSU game and seem to be building confidence. Should come down to some last minute heroics, and no way in hell Auburn is over looking this one.
