ESPN poll, current numbers

119K votes, 52% and 26 states say he gone...somewhere, sometime

Yet out of 95K votes, a whopping 62%, 48 states, and the international votes say that Alabama is the better job. Only TX and OK say UT is a better job.

Based on what? Less tradition? Worse facilities? What?

Alabama pays their coach more than Texas, Alabama out recruits Texas, Alabama has more tradition than Texas, what makes Texas a better job?

Would you fault Saban if he left Alabama to Coach Texas?

(Red) 40% YES
(Blue) 60% NO

Only red states on map are Montana Kentucky Conneticut and of course Alabama.

So Montana Kentucky Conneticut and Alabama constitute 40% of all votes on this poll.

Results may be a little skewed in Bama's opinion.

Sounds like you're in the minority with that opinion. Wonder if Mack thinks he has the better job...don't worry, you don't have to answer. We already know the answer.

Texas is the best job in the nation and I don't think it's even that close.

It really doesn't matter what espn users think, it matters what Saban thinks.

Personally I have always thought Texas was the best job in the country and living in Austin for the last 18 months has only cemented that belief. But again it really doesn't matter what I think. That said Bama fans trying to act like they have a way better job than texas look delusional and desperate.

It's ask and you shall receive at either place. There's a blank check made out to him if he chooses to play that way. As far as Austin>Tuscaloosa...the dude isn't a bachelor with talent on the 6 string, I doubt he cares much about that. The best parts of Miami are better than Austin too, but he voluntarily left that for po' dunk Tuscaloosa. It's not like he guy is looking for the coolest place to galavant around town.
