Is that even how you spell "tailgait" I've never gotten it right. But seriously, how many of you are cooking ribs, a pork loin, or a Boston butt for this weekend? Our tent has like 4 people cooking pork 
I am smoking a butt Friday night to take up there for pork tacos. In all honesty, this is usually our best "food game", they make it easy. Can't wait

Tailgaiting describes how fast you run after a piece of arse.

The practice is named for the tailgate of a truck, as in a makeshift bench/table used in parking lots before NFL games.

I was planning on doing a BB for our tent but with it being an early start that will change my usual prepping plan.
Think I may just go to Embers and pick up some bbq and biscuits.

The first tailgating was cattle farmers - one drove and one was hanging out the back end throwing corn cobs to cattle to get the cattle to follow the truck.
