Does it hurt Bama that VT keeps losing to bottom feeders?

There was talk when Bama beat VT that they were thought to have an "elite" defense. Does it hurt that the gamewas closer than many would like and now they are getting beat by chumps?

Nope. Bama won by four scores and VT has a top ten defense. Their offense just sucks in an amazing way.
