Hypothetically would you pull for any SEC team against say Oregon?

I don't care about the SEC streak, honestly. I guess it depends on who the SEC team is playing.

I couldn't care less about the SEC streak if someone other than Bama is playing for it.

I care about the streak and yes have rooted for Bama, the gators and Auburn and I;m a grad of LSU and went to Grad School at Carolina.

Since Bama is the only team on this list that could actually get to the BCSCG I will say yes I would pull for Bama to beat Oregon.

I would pull for any team that LSU does NOT recruit against.
I never have and never will see the direct benefit to the LSU football program and recruiting when BAMA or Auburn or Florida win a National Championship.

This. Also, add UT, USCe, FSU, and Clemson for UGA.

I saw the benefit last week. Mizzou isn't #5 unless the sec is perceived as the best conference.

That's certainly not true. I actually do enjoy the streak and would pull for all SEC teams in the BCSCG. Looks like Alabama is going to have to put the conference on its back again though. You would think some of you ingrates would show a little more appreciation.

maybe it doesn't help recruiting, but the continuation of the streak will continue to help every sec team in the polls

I rooted for Bama at the 1974 NCAA regionals when Bama and Leon Douglas were screwed by the refs against Bobby Knight and the Hoosiers. Even SEC SEC SEC

I would pull for none of them. frick the SEC streak, unless it's all Auburn. SEC loyalty is the dumbest thing ever.
