I haven't seen it posted it anywhere.

Has anyone mentioned Saban running down the 10 yard line and waving to the student section after the Tennessee game? Eli regarded it as a thank you to the students for staying the whole 60.

I haven't seen nor heard any mention of this outside of Eli.

He's going to Texas. Get over it.

I'm not sure how that answers my question.

He was waving goodbye to the student section?

He gone.

In all seriousness, pretty cool that he did that. I was sitting on the other side of the field so I didn't see it.

I was very impressed with the students and the stadium as a whole.

I think the 2:30 kick off helped out a good bit. It makes a difference when you know you can leave after the games done, grab dinner, and still have plenty of time before the bars.

When attending the games, 2:30 is by far my favorite time slot, particularly in the second half of the season when the afternoon games aren't too hot. (First half of the season, I'll take the night games)

I wish there was a slot right at 3:45-4. But I do enjoy 2:30 games.

Especially going back to the quad after the game and tailgating some more. It's nice to see all the tents with lights up and drink and watch some night games.

And in the case of the Tennessee game, smoke some cigars.

I don't mind if big games are at night though.

I like the night games better for big games. It just gives you more tailgating time.

The 2:30 games are fun too. It gives you more time after the game for partying.
