Auburn fans,
How pissed are you that we lost to LSU? I mean, the win at A&M was great and things are going well now, but you have to think Gus is feeling the pressure to produce after that LSU game.

While it is his first year, and he gets some leeway, is there any acceptable excuse for us to lose that game. I say no.

Bring your A game, Gus.

Young team in the rain. 1st game on the road. Take it easy bud.

I do believe if the game was played now that AU would win. Things just weren't in AU's favor that day exactly.

You're right, the rain did play a big factor. But man, losing to a team like LSU? Look at their defense. Jesus Christ, they are not good, despite Les's want to get better.

The team did not believe in themselves yet. Call it a 3 and 9 hangover.

I think we win if it doesn't rain...we gave up the first 14 pts solely due to the rain...

I like to remind the lsu peauxters that they got lucky that game. They usually don't take it well.

It's their signature win, and a forgettable loss for Auburn.

Failure to execute in the first 4 minutes lost us that game.

I don't think we win that game even if it doesn't rain. We are a considerably better team today than we were at that point.

I do believe if we were to play LSU again this year, we win the game.

We are a better team now than we were then. Sure, I'd like to have a chance now to play the game again, but we are in a much better position now than I thought we would be at this point in the season.

We were 3-9 last year and have already won 7 games this season. Gus is doing just fine.

I like the loss. It tells us a lot about the coaching staff, the players tenacity and really sets us on course to be mentally strong for the rest of the season. :spin: :spin: :spin:

BINGO! Having the confidence you can do something is huge in any part of life. This loss was on the player's heads in the first half and not Gus.
