For the Tiger fan that wanted to know about my picture. These are the players from Lafourche Parish that played for LSU. I think that picture was from the 63' or 64' season:

76 - Trosclair
51 - Rodrigue, Sr.(Ruffin Jr. played as well)
68 - Levert
22 - Joe Labruzzo(comitted suicide 34 years old)
42 - Don Schwab(was Parish President in Terrebonne Parish)

Thanks.....have to give Ruffin a hard time this weekend about the picture. Wish they had Coach Pere in the picture as he finished the same season as Mr. Rodrigue. Joe's father worked at the hospital down the bayou. Coach Schwab was the Terrebonne Parish President, not its DA

You are correct. I played against Vanderbilt Catholic when he was their coach in the early 80's. Some tough games back then. Vandy had Carl Morgan that went on to UCLA as a DT/NG. Dude was a man child in high school.
