Missouri does not have single second half turnover this year.
The gamecocks have 0 defensive TDs this year.
I would love to see both of these end Saturday night.
Edit: oh yeah, missouri has gotten a turnover in 37 straight games.

I'm sure we'll fumble it sometime

I'd settle for just turnovers from the defense. Haven't been consistent in forcing those this year

We're due to just kick someone's arse, someone decent. Not counting Arkansas because they're a bunch of pussies. But we're due to just stomp someone in the Top Ten ... think about it.

I hope you are right. We really need to lay it on these guys and get some confidence going into the home stretch of the season. If we win Saturday, I think we will win out and finish 10-2 again. If we lose, I think we will drop at least one more and finish 8-4 at best. This season hasn't lived up to the hype so far, but there is still football to be played. Time to get this thing rolling.

Just stopping by to say I hope tomorrow night brings us a good game, and no more injuries!

We have something to lose, more than the game, if we lose to Mizzou.
We've either got the longest consecutive AP Top 25 streak going, or the second longest.
If we lose this game we'll fall out of the AP Top 25 and the streak will be broken.
We need to win this game for a lot of reasons.

We need to win this game to prove we are somebody. shite, its embarrassing that mizzou is about to do in year two what we have only done once since we joined.

The streak of being ranked is nice but I'm more concerned about the SEC East race.

The two go hand in hand.
And with regard to the comment above, foolish cock I think, it was different when we joined.
When we joined the league Florida and Tennessee were dominant. Not just divisionally dominant, or conference dominant, but nationally dominant. In addition to that we were absolutely screwed by the SEC schedule makers when we first joined. For instance ...
We played the eventual conference champ or national champ every year for 18 of the first 20 years of our existence in the SEC.
We also played the SEC West champ for 18 out of our first twenty years in the league.
We had Tennessee and Georgia recruiting directly against us, and winning that battle, for most of our first twenty years in the league. Tennessee, Georgia, FSU and even to some degree Clemson and UNC ... we were surrounded by enemies far moreso than Mizzou at the moment.
They entered with coaching stability. Cudos to them for that - they entered simply being a better overall program than we were quite honestly. We've had to work at it much harder, had a higher mountain to climb. We've earned where we are and what we've got and we're not going to give it up easily.

All true rooster, damn your concise logic...
I just want it to be our time.
I just want it to be our time.

I've been saying for a couple of years now that I thought 2014 would be our year in a lot of ways. I still believe that is going to be the case.
We'll still do fine this year, we're growing as a program and fan base in a big big way. But next year is going to be the one where everyone realizes that the sleeping giant is finally awake.
When I define the awakening of the sleeping giant I include football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, soccer, etc.
Fifteen years ago we were truly THE sleeping giant. We've been gradually going through the process of learning how to put it all together over the course of the past fifteen years.
We're almost there. We're almost there.

Not disagreeing, but please explain why 2014 will be the "year" for us. As bad as Connor looks at times, I have a feeling we will really miss him next season. Love Dylan, but I don't think he gets us over the next hump. Is Connor Mitch the man?

We don't lose much on either side of the ball after this year

Solid depth and experienced in the trenches in 2014 ... both sides of the ball.
Just wait until this team is actually Dylan's and Nosovich's.
Solid and deep at RB in 2014.
Secondary and LBs will be deeper and improved.
I fully expect our kicking game to get a major upgrade in the off season.
We're going to be a better all-around team in 2014.
Sure, Clowney will be gone but he's been bit of a distraction. We'll lose the seniors too, of course. And perhaps Quarles and Hampton ... but we'll still be a better overall and well rounded team .... especially chemistry-wise.

I can live with that, but i will shite if we have early departures from the oline.

Would prefer if the defense tips any ball coming at them. frick the Int unless its gonna hit you in the numbers. Guess I'm the only one that appreciates the non gambling 50/50 on going for the pick. i'm sure I could put together a dazzling highlight video on what happens when our DB's go for picks.
