Probably similar to the 2009 game.

Alabama is the better team. LSU plays pretty well, but just isn't good enough to overcome the difference on the road.

Something like a 31-17 Alabama win, but a game that is still competitive in the 4th quarter.

The real question?

What is more likely, Alabama by 17+ or LSU winning?

Sadly, I'd say Alabama by 17.

Wouldn't be surprised at all.

D is not playing particularly well. See Ole Miss game.

No we will not. This game will be like every game since 2008, decided by three to seven points and down to the wire. LSU will be looking to ruin Bamas season. They will not play conservative on offense like years past. Les isn't stupid, he knows Bama winning another national title and LSU going to another peach bowl will not sit well with the fans. Bama will get LSU's best shot no doubt in my mind. If Bama wins against LSU, LSU will lose to aTm. They will put that much effort into beating Bama. It will be all or nothing for them.

Look for the game to be very similar to 08,09,10. Everyone knows who the better team is but Les, Saban and the players know how much this game means to both programs. I wouldn't be surprised if LSU came in and beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Also wouldn't be surprised if LSU lost by a last minute TD or FG.

Eh, in all the years past LSU has had a dominant defense that would allow them to stay in the game pretty much no matter what.

This defense isn't the same.

You could say that the 2008 LSU defense was very poor, yet they still played Alabama razor close. However, 2008 Alabama really wasn't that great of a team, especially compared to their teams the last few years.

I wasn't saying our team didn't have talent, Alabama was just an overall better team due to certain circumstances that crippled LSU in 08,09 (QB position mainly)
