With a six year show cause, at an absolute minimum.
Pearl's sanctions are criminal, he should file suit against Emmert and the NCAA.

I'd be fine with Haith being penalized like that. Then Mizzou would have to get a better coach. I'm getting tired of Haith's "deer-in-headlights" look in big games.

You're right, Pearl should have. That however, has nothing to do with Haith. Two separate cases...

With an identical infraction. The only difference was Haith lied twice.
