latest predictions have you in the Cotton again. It's a nice bowl, no doubt. Not saying it isn't;

would y'all prefer that at this point, or do you want a different destination? Try out some of the Fla bowls (my understanding is it's been forever since you've played in one of those)?

Note- not a troll, or trying to say team X should be Cotton-bound instead (in my case, I'm an LSU fan). I'm just thinking that if it were me, I'd rather tie the bowl trip into somewhere new (Orlando, for example) and make a nice holiday excursion out of it. Y'all have done the DFW Cotton thing a whole lot, and other than it being considered a 'good bowl', it would be pretty meh to me.

Yay, we've joined the SEC. Now, we get to go to a Texas bowl, just like we alway have

Where are your preferences?

really sick of playing Big 12 teams.

I wished we would have gotten Capital One Bowl last year.

Would prefer not playing a B12 team again. That said, the cotton would be better than the peach or the BBVA compass. So there's that.

Would prefer to destroy a Big Ten team.

Also, if we win out, we're going to the BCS. There's NO WAY the BCS will pass up Johnny Manziel's last game.

I wish the bowl tie-ins changed more in general. Too many SEC v. Big 10 games. Would rather it be spread out - add a PAC 12 v. SEC tie in or two, add another Big 12 or ACC tie-in, etc.

SEC seems to play and usually beat the same Big 10 teams over and over again.

If it's not the BCSNC game, don't really care which bowl it is. I don't want to play some Big Twatever team. Would rather get some diversity.

Not stoked about playing a big12 team. They don't have as much to lose (perception-wise) as we do.

Would love the beat the shite outta that POS team you have. Y'all won't accept a cotton bowl matchup. Too chicken shite.

Deloss has been neutered. He's no longer calling the shots. I've seen the Aggie defense and although the Texas defense has stunk it up in 2 or 3 games, Texas could put a lot of points on the board. It would be a good game - like old times. :)

Expectations are to win the LSU game and get a better bowl than the Cotton.

Your SEASON HIGH was 56 points against the worst team in FBS (New Mexico State).

You put up 56 vs. NMSU (allowing 48.3 ppg) and allowed 7 (scoring 16.3 ppg)

You put up 21 vs. BYU (allowing 21.4 ppg) and allowed 40 (scoring 31.7 ppg)

You put up 23 vs. Ole Miss (allowing 27.3 ppg) and allowed 44 (scoring 28.7 ppg)

You put up 31 vs. Kansas State (allowing 26.2 ppg) and allowed 21 (scoring 30.2 ppg)

You put up 31 vs. Iowa State (allowing 36.7 ppg) and allowed 30 (scoring 25.2 ppg)

You put up 36 vs. Oklahoma (allowing 17.1 ppg) and allowed 20 (scoring 30.0 ppg)

On the year, your team allows right at your opponents' scoring averages and scores an average of 3.5 more than its opponents allow.

If you don't score at least 43 points, you're not beating A&M in any way, shape, or form.

Meh, not interested. Want to play an ACC team or Big 1G team personally. More exciting.

Without a guarantee, in writing, with punitive results should it be broken, that the defense will not require Manziel to score every single drive, I don't see why he would stay for another year and risk further damage.

As far as matchups go, I'd probably prefer to go someplace other than the Cotton Bowl. Would love to get a chance to beat down one of those Big Ten teams. As far as travel goes, I'm not sure which of those games I'd be willing to shell out the money for to travel, while Dallas is a day trip. If we manage 9-3 or better, I'll probably make the trip regardless. If we slide to the finish at 8-4 or worse, it's going to depend on how attractive the trip looks cost-wise, and fun-wise.
