seriously though, is it a matter of the lower teams getting better and actually giving the better teams a run for their money or has the entire conference, outside of Alabama and Mizzou(WTF), gotten complacent?

ok, but why? Has there been a decrease in talent that I'm just not aware of? Have all the good coaches left and gone somewhere else? I mean I know we lost a great one in John L but come on.

Yes.

Mizzou is just lucky. Alabama is the only SEC team playing defense this year.

The other teams just don't seem to care as much any more.

Look at my school - empty seats, poor atmosphere in stadium - players seem to follow their lead. Fans quit; players quit.

I could buy that if there were a bunch of 1 loss teams. There are 3 teams with fewer than 2 losses.

Bama-0
Mizzou-0
Auburn-1

Everyone else has 2 or more losses
