I've been into Electronic since 96 so I'm on your side. Don't miss it. He is amazing in concert. I saw him at Red Rocks in Denver and it was the shite! Have fun!

Pretty Lights was actually really fricking good. They had a live musicians (keyboards, drumset, trumpet, trombone) playing while he was doing his thing and for a few songs he even started playing a bass guitar he had behind him.

Long arse concert though. 8pm-1am. I can't hear, but my body turned into a giant tuning fork for a few hours and it was fun.

shite was great.

I've got a few pics and at least 3-4 videos. It might not be till this weekend when I get them up, though.

And I was at the very front right in front of the left speaker. I ate the brunt of that amazing bass.

Aubie

Playlist of all videos I took

Most are pretty shitty audio quality, because I was literally right in front of the giant bass cannons. Also be warned of epileptic seizures caused by the excessive flashy lights.

eta:

This one is pretty funny because an Illuminator came up half way through me filming and took my phone. He then captured me freaking out over a pair of refractive glasses.

His set at bonnaroo this year was fricking amazing. Midnight to 630 am when the sun was rising. Electric forest set was good, but they made him shut off at 2.

God, that shite was intense. I had a smaller one that morning without any issues. I decided to go for the biggest one in the bag before going home. I did it hardcore, no water or anything until I walk offscreeen at the very end. Eating it was a challenge, as it was dry. It very quickly dried my mouth out and was like chewing on cotton...cotton that was on fire!

I believe at one point in the video I start doing weird things with my hands because they actually begin to tingle and go numb. I start slurring as my mouth and tongue also go numb. Later that night I had some of the worst stomach pains ever.

All in all, an interesting experience. Haven't tried one again, but I'm tempted to go for the new hottest at some point.

Supervision played from 8-9 and was awesome. Datsik came on and played from 9-10 and made Supervision look like a scrub. ~30 minute setup before Pretty Lights came on at 10:30 and played straight till 1am. He made Datsik look like a scrub. Long show and absolutely amazing. Awesome bass, awesome light show, the live musicians added an entire depth of atmosphere that was just straight awesome. I cannot say enough good things about that show and definitely think anyone that has the opportunity to see Pretty Lights should do so.

i wanted to go over for the show, havent been back to auburn in about a year, just couldnt pull it with work, and im going to see him in a couple weeks here in atlanta at the tabernacle for two nights, then down to hulaween the next weekend. funds were just too tight, wish i could have gone though, especially it being in auburn, although i bet the crowd was nothing but bros

eta: his new light show this tour is amazing

I'm not a fan and don't listen to any of his stuff, but he wasn't bad live. A lot of it sounded the same, but I was enjoying the bass.

My brother lives in ATL and I just told him he needs to go to this show. I was blown away with it last night.

The whole show is just great. I loved the lights. I loved how he had live musicians up there and I loved some of the mixes and drops he did. He played for 2.5 hours and it was glorious.

Imagine 6 hours while tripping dick he didnt have a lighter and made the mistake of asking for one at roo and about 8k lighters come flying at him. It was great but it was just him, at forest he brought out Dominic lolli of Big gigantic for a couple songs and that was great.
