Oh, he's been trolling everyone outside of the locker room quite a bit I think. Not quite sure why, there's no need for it. But Les really doesn't care what others think, aside from his guys and the staff, imo.

Yes, because that's how he talks to parents and recruits in their living rooms.
At least he doesn't do what one other SEC coach does - hire high school coaches to live and coach in OTHER states to be recruits' "handlers" because he doesn't have a recruiting base in his own state.

I enjoy him. I think it is funny that sports coaches who are all humorless assholes have us all trained that the completely unnatural coach speak, double speak, lying, and acting like they are protecting state secrets re: their program is completely normal behavior and anyone who has anything resembling personality is a bit off.

I really (really) used to dislike CLM, but he's kind of grown on me the last couple of years.

Well, he might be crazy, but he's our crazy! Les is always good for a sound bite that gets around...more free pub for LSU...don't always assume that Les doesn't know that his manner of speaking is, to the media and social media, of interest. He's often crazy like a fox...and the kids on the team love him!
