I would imagine they would give Strong serious consideration. Was he in the running when Muschamp was hired? Can't remember.

Al Golden or Charlie Strong.

Muschamp will get to sacrifice Pease before feeling any heat himself though, so he has at least two more seasons after this.

This would be the better hire imo.

Would love to watch the Miami meltdown over this.

Premature coach ejection.

I'll play though. If Boom is fired it's because of the offense obviously.

Just starting with Spurrier, our successful runs have been with offensive minded coaches.

Spurrier - fun and gun - offense galore
Meyer - Tebow, Percy and murderer - offense galore
Zook - 40,000 bubble screens in a row - meh offense
Boom - 1.45 yards and a cloud of gnats - offense worse than meh - thanks UK

Should Boom be fired I would want another great offensive mind.

Spurrier for the balance of his years would be my first choice to get us back on track would be my first vote believe it or not.

After that, hell, I don't know. I don't know the next up and coming great offensive mind that can recruit.

Strong isn't coming but he would absolutely kill it on the recruiting trail here and that alone would be enough for me to stray away from the offensive genius stance.

It's not going to be Strong based on what I know from his camp. I have a one off connection to him. I don't know him personally mind you but the guy that I know that knows him is pretty clear that it would take a lot to get him here and based on what Charlie has said fairly recently, it's a long shot at best.

UGA's OC Mike Bobo would be on the short list. He will more than likely take a HC job after this year.

Boom can thank the failed Charlie Weis experiment for the above and the probability that Foley encouraged it.

I've stated that Pease should be turned loose on offense just to see if he has any creativity at all.

Muschamp will be fired whenever Chip Kelly becomes available.

Charlie strong would obviously be first in line
David shaw at Stanford...we can throw more money than they can and are a stronger football name.
Chip Kelly if he sucks at philly.

Or some uo and coming head coach. Don't know who exactly. Maybe we try for leech. We certainly can bring the money for him.

Strong isn't coming and Foley may not even call him to see if he will listen. Charlie was that mad.
