Sucks but they would have picked up the yards anyway. We weren't stopping Manziel that drive.

I know understand that because if we wanted to win we had to control the possession at the end, we go 3 & out instead.

But, I just wanted to share this because I know many probably asked about it like I did.

That is pretty bullshite. Block int he back is a call that is very infrequently used considering the high volume of penalty worthy plays. Typically is a call that consistently is undercalled so you probably had some situations where you benefited as well

Having to go an extra 15 yards would have been tough. That said, you are probably right. He was fire

I bet he was looking at the tackle holding someone. He just forgot to call that also.

I'm not big on blaming refs, you shouldn't put the result of a game in their hands but damn, they were pretty freaking terrible Saturday night..

This.

Yet, those targeting calls were by far the worst and directly affected the game by allowing A&M that much of a easier chance to score.

While I understand the safety of the players argument, targeting is the most arbitrary and bullshite call. If it was enforced consistently and properly, it would work. Problem is, it has just turned into "Oh that was a hard hit? Looks like we should throw the flag"

fricks ya'll since Trae Elston can lay the lumber.

He was one of the guys it was called on ... and in both instances it was overturned.

It's unfortunate that it got called on Trae on hat play because Sawyer made a HELL of a play to break up the completion to Evans.

I still remember that play and if you go back on the play you can see one of our Ends getting held

Aren't there 8 referees on the field? And no one was watching JFF and immediate pursuit?

There was also a holding right before that. It was very blatant cause I could see it from te other side of the field
