I'll take New Orleans for $500, Bob.

If they don't get it fixed soon, expect some hilarious footage on news networks soon.

we already know one state doesn't know what to do when facing adversity.

I went to the local store today and they had a paper sign up that said EBT was working, what is EBT again? Is it a PC way to say Food Stamps?

State welfare benefits are on EBT cards these days.

I made the mistake of running in to the Walmart (it is a super-ghetto Walmart) nearest my office on the 1st a couple of months ago. It took half an hour to get through the checkout, because there were literally hundereds of women (yes, they were all women) in line to get cash off their EBT cards.

Cash back and beer is all I have ever seen being purchased with it.

Me as well as another 10 people were stuck behind a woman trying to get it activated at the register to buy an ipad

Apparently it didn't go down here in the ATL, but I don't shop at Walmarks so I don't have firsthand knowledge.

They need to go back the old old rationing system. The system that the term "Gub'mint cheese" was born from.

To deprive the beneficiaries of food stamps of their Constitutional rights of beer, smokes, and cash-back is racist.
