I know Drake fumbled last night but TJ has had a few as well. I was really impressed with Drake's ability last night. IYO which is better?

Yeldon seems like the better receiver of the 2

I think that Drake hits the hole faster. Id still give the edge to Yeldon though.

Needless to say I was very happy to see them take 3 rbs last class. I'm sure Lord Saban would make room for LF.

Quicker. But I'd rather use Yeldon. I like both though.

Yeldon is better. The o-line has been better since chad Lindsay has taken over at center so yeldon is starting to heat up but drake is a good one to.

I know TJ is bigger but he just doesn't run behind his pads which makes him easier to bring down. Now I'm not downing TJ. He could start just about anywhere, but it seems Drake is harder to bring down. I know he has a lower center of gravity.

Drake is super fast and has some power but is. It as powerful as Yeldon. That said he is averaging 7 yards a carry and Yeldon 6. I think they are close in skill level and it's a luxury that is enjoyed.

No its fair. I miss having Richardson and Lacy back there and certainly would love to have a guy like Mike Davis in our back field right now. I just really enjoy watching RBs play who punish defenders.

I am sure he would but the reality is he won't have too. We already made room last year not taking any RBs

Yeldon is a better receiver and blocker. As far as running ability, they are close to even.

Yeldon and Drake are both physical runners that get a lot of YAC. Do you even watch our games?

Yea they are too similar really to compare. Both have quick cuts, good vision, but both run upright and can fumble. Neither are an APB, they can move a pile, but neither are really powerful punishing type runners.

Yeldon is a more complete back, but Drake is faster and hits the hole quicker. They make a nice tandem. Still wish we had a big bruiser that was ready to be in the mix. I think Henry is a year away.

Do you? It's clear to anyone with cfb knowledge that Yeldon runs straight up. It has to do with his high center of gravity. No one said Yeldon runs like a bitch.

TJ is a more-seasoned all-around running back. Drake is more dynamic with the ball.
