I disagree. If he would have put his nuts on someone's daughters face you would feel differently. Maybe not 2 years but deserves a year for sure. I bet he never does it again of he still has nuts when he gets out

I live in fla now and here was a case anew years back and a couple of teenage boys slapped their penis on a passed out drink girls face. They ended up kicked out of school and in the juvenile detention facility until they turned 18

Are you referring to hill or the teenagers who slapped the girls faces with their penis ? As far as hill that had been his girlfriend for years. The problem is he turned 18 and she was 14-15. They had broken up though. And he had her give him and his friend a bJ.
