My worthless opinion on the Alabama recent pay issues...

We don't pay recruits to come to Alabama. We bring recruits in, turn them to studs and then people try to give them money.
Saban is just a great coach and it is really that simple.

duh. and that differs from paying recruits how? so your spin is we don't pay them until after they sign. i guess in that case, you know, uh, maybe it's ok. i would think the ncaa would certainly take that into consideration.

Not surprising. Until we get caught paying a recruit to come to Alabama to play football, other than the worth of a scholly, then It's all good in my book.

The guy who got the loan that he has already paid back is a junior, not a incoming high school recruit. But I love swiss cheese on my sammich.
