Great run that might well have been one of the differences in the game. But I think the truth is Murray has a good many opportunities to get decent yardage running that go unrealized. Probably accounts for him remaining healthy throughout most of his career at UGA.

True. He ran a decent amount his Freshman year but since that hit he took against Auburn his Soph year it seems like he has hardly run at all.

That was a grown arse man's run right there! He put the team on his shoulders! He is a DGD. We just need our 4*-5* defensive players to step up to the plate. That or we need Kirby SMart, Bud Foster or Ellis Johnson top come run our D!

Murray has been the centerpiece of an incredible offense over the past two years. It's a shame our defense hasn't been able to complete the 1-2 punch to allow us to compete for championships.

Our offense kept us in that game and if we could stop the run at all in the 2nd half (or didn't get burned on that last PA TD), then we could have won. But, like all the games this year, our success has been due to the offense.

And that's a bad thing? Last I checked, the team that scores the most points wins. As for competing for championships, we came up 4 yards short of a SEC and MNC last year and are undefeated in the SEC this year.

We almost won in spite of our defense. Offense wins games but defense wins championships. Who knows if we would have beat ND last year? As good as Alabama's offense was last year, it was their defense that made ND look silly.
I'm a very happy person and give kudos where it is deserved. Murray is a stud and has grown into a man during his time at UGA. I'm proud of him and wish we could have him for another year.
What I won't crap rainbows for is the defense.

Meh.. probably, but my point still stands. Our offense has been stellar but our defense has sucked hardcore.
