Really excited to see what Jaason Lewis can do in Orange. He's a freak athlete, it'll be interesting to see what position he ends up at. I think Butch has committed to letting him play on offense, but he has the size and speed to be an elite LB.

Why would he want to play for a terrible defense

You do know you're own defense has been pretty bad this year... right?

23. Malik Jefferson is looking good for A&M. He and Daylon Mack are buds and Malik was looking hard at Texas but his recruiter was Manny Diaz. Stud OLB.

Malik will be coming down with Daylon Mack for the Furman game. We'll be taking the top 2 players in Texas again. Suck on that Ags.

I was waiting on this. How many defense players you have in the nfl compared to Lsu. Von miller doesn't count.

Currently 9 A&M Defensive players on NFL rosters. Still recovering from the decade of the abyss of the '00s. At one point in the '80s and '90s A&M went for about 10 years where every LB that started for us made an NFL roster. We will get back there again.

How many are starting. We have more than just on the Arizona Cardinals

Well have a cookie. Obviously A&M doesn't have as many NFL players as LSU. LSU just had its best decade in its history and A&M had its worst since we went co-ed.

A&M still has had a Top 10 draft pick the last 3 years and will have at least one more this year. You may not want to "count" Miller but he is arguably as good of a defensive player as there is in the NFL.

We don't have LSU's current credentials in temrs of total players but to say someone coming to A&M won't have a chance to succeed in the NFL is ridiculous. Hell, 2 current NFL Head Coaches are former A&M football players and our previous coach is the OC at Miami. If a kid can play he will get every opportunity if he goes to A&M just as he would at LSU.

So what's A&M's track record for developing defensive line talent?

Does your staff tell them to develop themselves? Because I don't see any output from A&M to the NFL, and they sure as hell haven't had a defense in the top half of college football in almost 10 years.

I heard the seahawks have a pretty good defense. Try checking their d line. Or the 49ers

DE count as Dline right? We sent Damontre Moore in the draft last year. We haven't been successful in getting DT's until recently. If you guys can sit there and say Willis and Noil are trolling then we can say the same about Mack. He wanted to pull the trigger early but parents said no. Now he is going through the process but at the end of the day will be an ag.
