How good is Auburn?

The rest of their schedule is very favorable. Toughest game easily is at College Station, and I give them a shot to upset A&M.
I predicted they would go 8-4 this year, and I easily see them doing that. Looking at their schedule...
vs. Western Carolina - W
@ Texas A&M - L
vs. FL Atlantic - W
@ Arkansas - Toss Up
@ Tennessee - W
vs. UGA - L
vs. Alabama - L
8-4 is definitely possible, and 9-3 isn't far fetched either. Both UGA and Alabama at home in rivalry games.

Bama has to be the toughest game. Period.
A&M is second though.
Honestly, if an SEC team has a pulse, they could have a shot to upset A&M. It's a dangerous game having to outshoot the other team on a weekly basis. I'd much rather go back to a Wrecking Crew style defense, thankyouverymuch.

I agree with this but think they have an excellent chance of upsetting T a&m and maybe uga or Alabama.

It's just a weird for the SEC. There doesn't exist a flawless team where we don't have a shot. Great set of circumstances for a talented team like Auburn that just needs to continue building confidence.

Auburn wasn't as bad as their record showed last year. I think I said that during the offseason. Gene Chizik was just THAT bad of a coach. Which really makes that 2010 dream season all the more incredible.
Auburn has the potential to go 8-4 this year. I think they hit that mark and finish 9-4 with a win in a bowl game.

Realistically? No clue. Heart says we surprise someone and beat someone we shouldn't. Head and logic says nah.
This is one of those years though where anybody could beat anybody in my opinion. Everyone has big weaknesses and are vulnerable.
I see two more guaranteed wins on the schedule. Arky plays their best game every year against Auburn. So does Georgia for some reason. A hard-fighting, believing Tennessee can beat anybody. A&M is A&M and Bama is Bama.
6-6 at worst.

Auburn has the ability to win out and yes i'm serious. I don't think they will but they have the potential to do it. Ellis Johnson deserves a bunch of credit for shoring up that shitty AU defense so quickly.
