Somebody explain SECTV vs PPV -- is the game on TV or not?

They just showed a "countdown to gametime" for "SECTV" on gametday.
The only place I can find the game is on ESPN Game Plan PPV.
Is SECTV some other channel? Or is this just premature branding at this point? I can't find it on Charter.

SECTV is Jefferson/pilot rebranded. The SEC network doesn't start until next year. Don't know where you are but in T-town its on ch 21.

T-Town. It's not Jefferson Pilot for me. And scheduled for 11:30 on 21:

In Dothan its on CW and it looks awful.
