LSU has played ND more times than Bama so that would be the LSU one IMO, always been interesting exciting reg season games for the most part with some history
I liked the UT-UCLA series as well. LSU and Texas have played 17 times maybe that one. Or Miami, they've played 12 times

LSU-A&M.
Oh wait, never mind. It appears the new 'contract' is iron clad.

That brawl was wild.
Has to be the biggest on field brawl LSU has been in.

Alabama - Penn State was good for a long time.

I remember LSU and tOSU playing a couple great games in the 80's. It doesn't have to be long standing. Just games that were played that would be good to see again.

That's odd.
While I would like to see LSU play FSU more, the Tigers have played more games against Notre Dame, Texas and Miami.
The TRUE traditional intersectional games LSU had were with Arkansas and A&M. But we know what happened to those series.

I may be remembering incorrectly, but I believe our BoTs voted to never play Thug-U again, during the regular season, after the '87 game in which we played them at their place when, after Daniel Stubbs spiked Ellis, the brawl took place and Brian Blades and Randy Bethel took cheap shots at Todd Ellis' as he was walking off the field. That was AFTER the brawl actually took place ... if I remember correctly.

sun-sentinel: SC will not play UM again - Gamecocks Call `canes "Cheap-shot Artists"

A week after Heisman winner Tim Brown called UM`s defense ``classless`` in a 24-0 shutout of Notre Dame, South Carolina athletic officials are making similar claims. The `Canes have been accused of delivering cheap shots in their 20-16 victory against the Gamecocks. The game was marred by a fourth- quarter brawl.
The alleged cheap shots so angered Gamecocks` officials that they have announced they will not schedule Miami in football again. They are the second school this year to make such an announcement.
Maryland officials said they wouldn`t play Miami after they accused coach Jimmy Johnson of running up the score in a 46-16 UM victory in October.
Raleigh News & Observer Account - SC will no longer schedule Miami.
ETA: That was one of the most physical games I can remember seeing ... but it was a classic. SCAR should have won the game if not for the homefield bullshite Miami had going-on. Big time battle between Sterling Sharpe and Michael Irving that was worth seeing. Miami went on to win the MNC but they were beaten that day by SCAR until the concussion to Ellis ... who threw a deciding interception on the 3rd and 15 after he took the blow to the nugget.
