Cannot wait another hour for this to start.

I was pulling for Walt at the beginning of the season but now I hope he winds up dead.

Jessie I predict is a dead man as well. He was one of my favorites but has gone full pussy this season. I'm tired of the crying.

Nazis are going out in a hail of gunfire and
the psycho brunette is getting a coffee cup full of ricin.

For a person that hasn't seen the first episode, what's it all about?

A high school chemistry teacher gets diagnosed with cancer and uses his knowledge of chemistry to make the perfect crystal meth so he can leave some money for his family

ETA: Do not watch tonight's episode. Go back and watch the whole series. It's worth it

I've been watching the AMC marathon as much as possible.

Gonna break the rules and watch the finale tonight despite not having seen every episode. I'm a rebel like that.

Not boring just underwhelming. Every season improves exponentially though

You don't realize how unexciting the first season is until you watch the later seasons. At the time, I thought it was very exciting

Agreed. It's only 7 episodes. More than worth that investment

Walt is the f#cking man...

I must say the ending helped put this as the best crime show over The Wire in my book.

Never seen an episode but watched the finale.

I probably keep up with about 10 shows I don't watch so I had a fair idea of what was going on.

Boss move at the end.

I liked it.

WTF.

I thought it was a good ending. A little bit of justice, a little bit of revenge, a little bit of redemption, and a lot of closure.

Can't complain.

Well as for my prediction I was off... but not by much.

quote:

[quote]Walt poisons the Grey Matter folks...Mysteriously they die and the public suspects Walt??? Nonetheless they DIE..

Okay I was way off here but I'm glad. This version was so much better.

quote:

Walt goes to kill the Nazis and somehow Jesse is freed during the fight and he kills Todd. The Nazis DIE..

Nailed it!

quote:

I just don't see Walt and Jesse killing eachother. Walt convinces Jesse of his plan. Walt gives some money to Jesse and Jesse goes and takes care of the boy.

Partially right they didn't kill eachother but I choose to finish the story in my mind that Jesse knows where the money is and he gets it and goes and gets Brock.

quote:

Walt gets Saul to help him do something with the money whether it's put it into his son's website to cure Walt's cancer or set up a trust for the kids I just can't think of a plausible solution.

Again, like the Grey Matter folks I was way off but these two are connected. I figured he'd put it in a trust just picked the wrong delivery system.

quote:

Finally Walt turns himself in, implicates the women (Todd's crush) and sets the record straight to get his family off the hook. All in an effort to try and earn some respect or love from his family.

I guess I should have figured Walt would go out in a blaze of glory, but I knew it couldn't be a good ending without taking out that crazy beotch. I think the part where she calls Todd and Walt answers and gets to take the credit for her death was masterful writing.

quote:

Skyler and the kids go to live with her sister.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised this didn't happen. I mean Skyler's husband killed Hank.

quote:

The business women goes to JAIL (which is her worst fear).

I knew she'd be handled somehow. I think my original thought would have caused her more pain.

quote:

Walt dies in jail from Cancer, but not before his whole family dies inside which is what the whole show is about really.

And finally I totally got how Walt died wrong but not the family.

This was a great show and it sucks that it's over.
