Talking to SIL this AM. She and her boss are huge Boosters to A&M. She said that some folks from USC are trying to get in contact with Sumlin. Could turn out to be the best day ever!!!!!!

ETA: "?" in title. Not trying to troll just passing along info.

Half agree with you there. His O is always damn good and that is what the PAC12 is predicated on. I think it is ridiculous but not far fetched. Waiting to see if it has legs or just B.S.

If I were Saban I would take this job. It would be a nice place to live if you were rich.

USC AD probably has reached out to many agents to see if their coach has interest should USC come open but this is not a prime job right now

Why would USC want a coach that's never even won a conference title?

USC will ALWAYS be a prime job, even with sanctions. Just as Alabama, Texas, Ohio State, Notre Dame, and Michigan always will be.

Bama could only get Shula and that reject price during sanctions. Please don't tell me sanctions won't kill a chance to get a known HC..PSU had to settle for a non proven one.

I agree that it is a marquee name in CFB but right now it is tainted and that will hurt their chances to get a big time coach..that is my point.
