They are already set up at Myer's Quad. How could you even remotely follow the dawgs and not know this already?

They have WAY outgrown the Bookstore space. Last time they were around that area, they broadcast from the roof of the Tate Center in 1998 prior to the Tennessee game that year. I served Corso and Herbstreit coffee on the roof at about 3am that morning working for UGA Catering. Cold as balls as I recall, but a lot of fun getting to meet them and tour their bus, etc.

Now, though, they need all the room they can get for all the fans who crowd in behind them.

Did they do anything in front of the SLC? I still see some Gameday equipment here.

quick question...and i fully expect to get a bunch of smartass responses....but isn't the game on CBS at 3:30?...doesn't Gameday usually go to a game they are covering in primetime that Kirk and Brent call?

this is confusing me...

Definitely not the show. I actually used to manage that building and any events in or around the facility.

***Check that. They never have until now....apparently, they had the radio broadcast set-up there.

I think the time slot is primetime if the game is on ABC (an ESPN affiliate). Since the game is on CBS the time slot is out of ESPN's control.

I believe they've done this before in the past where the game was at 3:30 on CBS with Gameday on site.

This is because the SEC has a contract with CBS. Commentators will most likely be Lundquist and Danielson.
