Yea, Ole Miss won it a while back. I was thinking in the last 30 years or so.

the answer is: Tulane, Marshall, Wake, Colorado, and Northern Illinois have all finished in the top 15 of the final BCS poll while Ole Miss, State, Kentucky, and Vandy have never done so.
