Would you rather watch your team win 1 NC in your lifetime or never see one

happen while you're alive but after you die your team wins multiple NCs? This is mainly for fans of schools not in the 'Big 6' (and younger Georgia fans) and you're team has not won an NC in football.
If you could watch your favorite program win the title undefeated but know that's the only time they'll ever win it, would you take that over never seeing it happen while you're alive, but you know after you pass, your program will win multiple NCs and become a serious power?

Basically, how much do you really care about the success of your school vs just being selfish?

Seriously? I hope when I'm on my deathbed the future of Georgia football is the last thing on my mind.

Let me see one live

Maybe it's selfish, but the reason you love your school is because you've invested so much in it. Every true fan deserves to see a national title in their lifetime. That's why it's so special if you actually strike that luck.

Would you rather win 5, 000 dollars in the lottery while you're alive or have a ticket that's worth 80 million after you die but neither you or your family ever sees a penny of it?

You would be guaranteeing LSU never wins another NC as long as they field a football team after the one you see live. That would leave LSU with 4 total if I'm not mistaken. You could let LSU win many many more after you pass and let your kids and the youner generations see them win.

There was a time I thought I would never live to see LSU or the Saints win a championship.

Oh so they only win one? I'd take the one and tell my kids to bet everything they own against Georgia if they make it to a title game in their lifetime.

Because when you're dead nothing will do you any good.

Well obviously if you choose the latter it's not based on what's good for only you...

Has been a great run for our state. 15 years ago if you told me I would see 2 from LSU and one from the Saints I would of called fricking nuts.
To the OP, in terms of basketball since we haven't seen that. I'll be selfish. Show me the title.
