But I'm looking back at his mediocre record at North Texas, where he only made the tournament 2 times in 11 years. He is a good recruiter so far though.

It is N Texas. If I had to choose and I am not saying this is the case I would take a great recruiter over a great coach. You have to be the first before you can be the latter. Brady was a good coach but lacked big time in recruiting.

So they will finally make it past the first round with way less talent? Makes sense.

I wouldn't say way less talent. Certainly will miss Bowers, Pressey and Oriakhi, but:

Brown will improve upon his 13.7.

Clarkson will match Brown and provide more scoring from the point than Pressey. He may end up being the best offensively.

Ross will contribute about the same at about 10 ppg.

Criswell will improve from his 5.2 ppg.

Jankovic and Rosberg will have the same role but be slightly improved.

Between the 2 freshmen, we actually have a back up PG now.

JWIII and Jones will contribute more this year than our freshmen did last year.

The big question will be how Post plays underneath and what kind of scoring we get from him. Reports are he's worked his arse off and re-sculpted his frame.

The only other big difference between this years team and last is that some of the players on this years team have actually played together before.

this mizzou team will be better then last years, we have what many are saying a one and done PG/SG. an elite SG in bowers, criswell who I think will be the most improved player along with a 7 footer who will jump in and play of the bat. we have two NICEEEEEE freshman who can play already.

AO was just there for Defense, Lbowers could never really get it going, so unfortunate. and flip cost us 4 losses single handedly. I dont get where you came up with less talent.
