After yesterday, I came away with the conclusion that yall are who i thought yall were.

The older fans seemed down to earth, willing to talk about any and everything. From football to food to how much their feet hurt from all of the days exploring. Not too concerned with the banter and seemed to divert from any form of trash talk. The younger fans were pretty cool, mostly enamored by the LSU tailgate experience, with a few bad apples sprinkled in.

So pretty much just like LSU fans and most every other fanbase in the SEC. It did seem like yall were a bit more subdued than normal. Im thinking everyone there either read the "Beware of LSU" thread or was well schooled on how to difuse a confrontation. Most of them walked, in a direct line, through the tailgates while being heckled. I saw AU fans getting tigerbaited and spread eagled and jawing back and forth being douches, while their AU brethren were getting showered with liquor and boudin at the same tailgate

All in all i had a blast yesterday and hope you AU fans came away with a good experience and only mild piss balloon damage .

Sat next to a guy who apologized right when we sat down. Said he would be loud all night.

He left mid first quarter.

I just wish Bama fans could be half as classy as AU fans. I never saw a walmart AU fan the whole day. Cant say the same when crimson comes to town
