It looked like we were getting pretty good push against LSU's defensive front. A week ago, MSU pretty much shut down our running game. Last night has been the first game I've watched on TV. You miss a lot being at the games sometimes.

Is MSU's front seven better than LSU's or did we just play poorly up front against MSU?

I believe they are after what I saw last night.

MSU was regularly keeping 8 in the box to stop our middle running game.

LSU wasn't.

Hell, sometimes I'd look up and see what looked like 5 in the box last night.

LSU was confident they could stop our middle run with Base D. They were wrong.

Read the Rant. They were only playing 3rd stingers when we were running or doing anything positive.

We didn't have a problem running the ball at any point in the game. Marshall couldn't connect on anything that wasn't a screen in the first half and it killed us, along with the turnovers. The rant is useless beyond flaming.
