This is the exact season we should not have hired Malzahn. Same crap we saw when Gus was here before. Can't move the ball against good teams. Stupid playcalling and favoritism. Only now there is no "Chizik meddling" excuse H lets face it Gus is a 7 win coach at best without Newton.

All I heard was talk of victory this week. Any Aub with common sense knew a beat down was coming
But,yes,it's even worse than expected from a non homer view.

I never said victory but I wanted to see us competitive. If we play competitive from here out I will take it.

It still doesn't excuse the shitty play calling. Yards up the middle all day long, only to keep stretching it wide where we won't get shite.
Absolutely atrocious offensive play calling, bad QB aside.

Yep, Brannigan gonna Brannigan for sure. This was a at least a 2 TD loss in Tiger Stadium at night no matter what pretty much, throw in the rain and it was a no brainer. Marshall has looked like Pat Nix playing against Penn State trying to throw in this rain.

If Marshall was any bit competent, we would be in this game. That is te problem. Play calling hasn't been that bad. Execution has been.
