Don't care about the University of Florida but suspending kids because of an illegal hit that is so spur of the moment and instinctive is garbage.

If Jeremy Hill is allowed to not be in a prison cell and play, a kid who just hit a little high shouldn't be ejected

That was a clear target to the head. No issue with throwing him out nor the first half next week

I agree with enforcing the penalty, but I don't like a 1 gm suspension for it.

The only problem with it is the player is suspended for a half of the next game if Im correct? If I am that is fricking stupid.

yeah I think its only a half too. im not big on the rule cause just a few years ago that was a legal hit...

My real problem with the whole thing that I played DB back in the day and sometimes you just cant help but have your head n the position that contacts another players head when going for the ball or making a play.
Its just ticky tack for me and if you call it ... it should just be a penalty and warning ... if it happens twice then maybe an ejection is in order.
This is gonna kill a game when a superstar I thrown out on a BS call .
