1996 Ford Bronco. White and the tag said NOTOJS. Loved that thing. I beat on it and drove it hard through high school and college and it was reliable. Its got 200,000 miles on the original engine and transmission and still strong. Sold it today and while I am glad to have a new truck I hate seeing it go.

97 Ford Explorer

last year they did the bone handle on the back hatch.

loved that thing.

it was such a beast.

when I got a new car I gave it to my brother who was at Tulane b/c it could handle the jacked up roads.

now some punk kid a few miles from me owns it.

Honda civic

Can't remember the year. 2001 maybe?

Anyway, flipped it end over end about a month after getting my license. Really wish I still had some pictures of what the car looked like. It landed about 10 feet in a tree and fell out upside down. Crawled out the back window without a scratch.

Good times

The first one I bought on my own?

'69 Vette. It was the bomb at the time. T-Top, 350/350 with a small block 350 and a Holley 850, Doug Nash 5 speed trany that was very rare in the day. Red with a camel leather interior. Back glass came out too. 15:1 compression pistons.

My first vehicle ever was a gift, 62 VW Bug that got me back and forth to school. Then I had a 58 Chevy pickup that was a hand-me-down farm truck from my older brother.

But I myself bought the '69 Vette my senior year at Carolina.

81' Dodge Aries K car station wagon. It was a pos, but I wasn't complaining, it got me from point A to point B 80% of the time.

I was indeed. And I'm neither a religious person or superstitious, but when they flipped the car back over, there was one of those little Jesus fish things sitting in the backseat. Granted, the car was bought used, so I sort of just brushed it off. I will say I cleaned the shite out of that car when I bought it, and never saw it under a seat or anything. Was weird and made me wonder, no doubt

Cool story, I know

Crazy to think that a college senior could afford a corvette back then working (assuming) part time and summer jobs.
