Thanks for sharing!
Heard about that (at City Centre on Wednesday in case anyone is wondering). No idea who put that on. Some old alums must have cowboyed that thing.

Oh and by the way, y'all are welcome too.
At the beginning of the game when they were assured of winning.
Towards the end of the game when their spidey senses were telling them that they game was over.
At this point the overall butthurt couldn't sustain itself much without overflowing into public dislays of emotional attacks and ranting about how we should try to get our grades up so we could actually get into Texas.
Bless their hearts, I really didn't have it in me to tell them after the game when they were chanting that all upset as they were. That I only applied to three schools: Ole Miss, Vandy & Texas ... got accepted to all but chose Ole Miss.
Yeah they aren't that special, now for the real fun ...
While the were singing the "The Eyes of Texas"
The first time we did it they got pretty butthurt then too.

No problem I wish I would have taken more pictures and hung around to see what was going on but we had some dinner reservation at the Yardhouse and I was very eager to attack their bar as well.

That's exactly where it was ... over there close to Top Golf I believe.

I thought the Yell Leaders were there, which I found odd because didn't y'all have yell practice that night in College Station?

Not if you were there in Houston for the Wednesday night thing. Official Yell Practice is the night before the game on campus.
And congrats on getting the UT fan experience. They start leaving in the 3rd Quarter if they're down and assume that anyone who didn't go to Texas must not have been able to get in, as if we all grow up dreaming of being Longhorns.
My first trip to to Memorial Stadium in 1994 I was shocked by how they poured out of the stadium in the second half. My last visit there in 2010, I was pleased to see that nothing had changed despite the growth of the stadium.

That whole week was a blur and yeah that was Wednesday, I flew into Houston Tuesday night then drove up to Austin Friday, which was awesome. But, I also got my first taste of this (No Homo)
KEEPING AUSTIN WEIRD FOR SURE!

Yeah this was great, I was with a lot of people from the Houston area that had quite a few Texas friends so that made this weekend especially fun ... Oh and the butthurt on their faces was amazing. We walked back to 6th from the stadium and not a single UT fan we passed was talking the entire time ... beautiful.
But in all honesty they were absolutely terrific people/host before the game, but I believe that was because A) they believed they would win the game & B) their is no history between the two schools ... so they were fun to tailgate with, really didn't see them out at the bars after the game to tell how they were then though

Did y'all do the SEC chant?
Posted on 9/17/13 at 1:16 pm to TeLeFaWx
YES, multiple times ... it was amazing the first time we did it was when their student section started to empty out and they all stopped in their tracks to turn around to our section and scream, cuss, yell & flip us off.
Damn were those tears sweet.

I will ... I completely forgot to make one myself but in my defense I only had 7% battery life and I was the only one that's phone wasn't already dead.

Ahh ... so I was correct in think that.
How many of you still do this? I ask because I still sport the seersucker, bowties, & about anything else that's fratastic to the games.
Sad I know but I am, who I am.

Not really a tradition per se (unless you're a yell leader), but the folks who complain about it remind me of the same kind of people who bitch about folks wearing jerseys, cargo shorts, gameday dresses, etc. Just stupid to take issue with IMO.
