2002 @ South Carolina.

So a guy in my fraternity was friends with a girl in a sorority at USCe. So we planned a mixer, filled a school bus up with rowdy bros, and went down to Columbia for the weekend.

We met these sorority girls at a bar the name of which I cannot recall, and these girls were down. I'm not sure if all of us got arse the Friday night before the game, but I'd estimate at least 80% sealed the deal. And these girls were hot.

So, yeah, I got nothing bad to say about the University of South Carolina. Their coeds are hot and DTF. And what more can you really ask for?

2010 Auburn

Even though we lost, had a great time with their fans who invited us to a tailgate before and ended up taking me and my girlfriend to a bar with them after the game. Nice people. Even drove us back to the hotel

clemson 2012

watched Clowney run train on their team, DJ taunt everyone in the stadium, our team whipped that arse in the second half, then ran on their field and talked shite all the way back to the car.

SEC championship against UT. Entire day was a blast, sat in the middle of a UT section. They were talking mad shite to us before the game but got really quiet once Mauck came in. It was a collective " who the frick is this guy?"

2010 Penn State. We have a bromance of sorts with them and their fanbase. From what I've heard about Texas A&M this weekend, it's a very similar relationship to our relationship with Penn State.

2011 against Oregon at Jerry World. All the hype/shenanigans leading up to the game, and then the great win!! Good memories.

Don't mind nc, he's very bitter about his last trip to Columbia. He hates state capitals and losing 35-21 so as you can imagine it was a very unpleasant trip for him.

For me it was probably @Miss State in 2011.

Tossup:

2012 Georgia game. First trip to Athens and had a blast. The fans were pretty cool. Can't really find anything to complain about and will definitely go back.

2008 Florida game. Didn't really like Gainesville, but just being their and witnessing us upset them makes it a top experience. The fans were humbled after the game and ended up being pretty awesome. I hung out with some pretty cool Florida fans afterwards.

Probably any LSU game. Grew up with a ton of LSU fans and they know how to party.

I have had good experiences at other venues with fans and atmosphere but the few I have been able to go to have been during Georgia's down time so I have a rough record but considering both performance and experience I gotta say

1) 2012 AU. After 2011 my anti-auburn fervor had been resolved and by then they had been so beaten down they didn't care. I almost got my arse whipped by a bunch of fraternity bros when I asked what 2-8 felt like but otherwise good time. Auburn is a fun little town and after we watched Georgia throttle them all the fans were fun to hang with and it felt like good ol' UGA/AU again. Also fun because whenever UGA plays @ AU and vice versa both sides know someone at the other school and both bring big contingents so it's a fun party.

2) 2011 Tennessee. Everyone shite on the UT atmoshphere for some reason leading up to that but for my first trip to Knoxville I was impressed. Chilled with the old man and his UT alum friend at Calhoun's and got hammered on bloody marys while watching football. Then watched the game and Georgia won. That's about it but I liked it and can't wait to go back.

3) 2013 Clemson. Game pissed me the frick off but for the most part the fans were fun and it was a great tailgate/atmosphere

I have never had a bad trip to Oxford. Always sit among Ole Miss fans and they are always cordial and don't give me problems.

You gotta admit death valley can be crazy and that night you saw how insane it was. And I gotta give them credit for the tailgate. I was a bit peeved when I would talk to their fans and pretty much all the younger ones kept telling me they didn't really hate UGA and they didn't see us as rivals. Listen, arse holes, it was a rivalry and if anyone is gonna act like they don't care it should be the team that has more than twice the wins against the other. Douches.

Ok, so I'll concede that while they were mostly cool they did have a fair amount of douche bags.

See I hate this because my trip their in 2011 blew. I don't blame them but UGA was playing shitty, early game, insane covers, shitty cabs, and some fans that had a stick up their arse kinda ruined the experience. After the game we ended up saying frick Oxford and drove to Tuscaloosa to go out with some friends there after they obliterated Arkansas. That was a good night.
