Anyone know what the plan is for him this year? I'm curious if we're going to see him play or if they plan on redshirting him.

I have read that he is a definite redshirt. (Barring injury, of course)

Definite redshirt. Gurley/Marshall are obviously the main dudes, and Green and Douglas have already played.

ok thanks, kinda what I figured. Just curious since we'd seen Green and Douglas already but not him.

Think injuries held him back some in fall camp but it wont hurt to redshirt him. He is a pretty big dude though, lot bigger than I thought.

I hope he doesn't turn out to be a "BOO Malcolm".

FIFY.

And yes, Turman may just be that. With Michel and Chubb on the way in next year, that may just end up happening.

I can't see it any other way. We have Gurley/Marshall sharing 1st string, Douglas/Greene working mop up duties, and AJ Turman on the outside. He will most likely redshirt this year and then we will have Michel/Chubb (SONIC). I'm glad we have him but if you're his advisor or parent what do you say? Writing's on the wall kid...its still early in your career maybe you should move on? Or you're getting great training, a possible shot if injuries occur, and a great education all on scholly so ride baby ride????

I actually called this preseason, and it wasn't taken very well with a few "fans". I got the "we'll see". So, in about 2 years, I'll be reviving some posts most likely.

Just move him to fullback and inject him with Quayvon's stemcells
