Who wins and why? I will never be a bigger LSU fan than that day. Interesting storylines with Mettsiah coming back to UGA. LSU hasn't really faced anyone yet with a pulse (yes that includes TCU), but UGA's D hasn't really proven much. Could it be another scoring fest like USC/UGA & UGA/Clemson or is LSU's D capable of slowing them down? Looking forward to this one.

Who really knows

Georgia is more prepared facing USCe and Clemson already. Truth is.. anyone would be a fool predicting anything larger than a 10 point win for either team at this point.

Gurley has a great game, and it's at UGA, so I will give them the edge.

I think it'll be 35-31 type of game and both QBs will play pretty well.

best QB play wins this game.

I give the advantage to LSU based on their receivers and UGAs lack thereof. But UGA has played much better comp this year and might be more up for the big game.

I think the key will be pressuring the QBs into making mistakes.

LSU loses.

LSU proceeds to discussing and whining about the difficult schedule compared to Bama.

LSU then claims they never make excuses and merely demand championships.

SECr breathes sigh of relief as it is proof the apocalypse is not yet here; world functioning as expected.

Are LSU fans worried, concerned at all about the AU game Sat night?

Will Chavis' defense be able to keep up with Lashlee's fast-paced offense? Will LSU's D get pressure on a mobile QB like Marshall?

UGA has receivers. Losing Mitchell didn't render us impotent at that position. It's actually the deepest position on the team.

Any LSU fan who isn't worried about every SEC game is an idiot. LSU barely beat Auburn last year and they are a much better team this year.

Definitely excited for this one. Athens will be on fire starting Thursday night when LSU students and fans will start rolling in. I know a lot of people going up just to be a part of it.

As for the game, like a few have mentioned, I think it will be a shootout. 41-35 type game. 2 good qb's with strong running games will be tough to stop. I think our crowd and our ability to score in every way possible will be the difference. Murray has confidence after South Carolina and assuming we put North Texas away with no injuries, we should be good to go and well rested. I hope Auburn can give them a good long bruising game next week.
