What a great time. From the time we landed in Houston to College Station. Nothing but class. Caught the bus from Post Oak mall and chatted it up with Ags and got over to the campus and everybody said "howdy" or "welcome to college station". Had an Aggie walk us over to the Dixie Chicken. Had a pre-game blast. Met some awesome fans and was presented with a 12th man towel. Stadium and atmosphere was electric. Loved the girls with dresses and boots by the way. Great game. Sat in the North end zone and enjoyed to atmosphere albeit a hot as blazes one. The cadets marching in, the fans and the Ag cheers, teh band was as good as it gets. After the game the Aggies were so gracious and went with a few to BJ's steakhouse where we watched the AU game and the Aggies watched the Ole Miss game. So nice to not have food thrown at you, chanted to death and cussed to death. Just good fans and good college football. Will definately be back. Looking forward to seeing you good folks in Tuscaloosa next year and myself and everybody I know are rooting for the Ags the rest of the season. Thanks again for the hospitality and look forward to returning it. Have a great season!

I live in Houston so I am already very familiar with ATH/Aggies...

But the OP was spot on. Had a great time.

Biggest take away was how loud it was in the stadium.

Hung out at the chicken that night and had a really fun time.

I don't get why people doubted this.

Nebraska fans were also gracious visitors like many of the gumps I encountered. Never got to travel up to Lincoln but they are really awesome fans.
